Turned out there was, but the people at Woodbrass dealt with the problem as well as any local firm would have. The staff speak and write excellent English and are very friendly.The guitar I got came with free postage and package. From must guitar shops in the UK I have to pay a silly amount of money for delivery because I am from Northern Ireland, this came from Paris for free!!! The best recommendation I can give for any web site is that I would order with them again and in the case of woodbrass I would confidently order with them again.
